Re: b16a2 header= b18c1 header (civicsi1415)
the 00-01 gsr headers are about the same length and should bolt right on. the 94-99 ones are somewhat shorter. hth.

Yeah the B16a header will not clear the oil pan on a 1.8L motor because the 1.8L engine has a taller block, thus a taller header.
The GS-R header will hang too low on a B16a engine IMO and it will still be too short because the Integra GS-R for some reason used a shorter A pipe piece on it's stock exhaust manifold and a longer exhaust B pipe.
Summary?
Find a header made for the B16A if you can, or an Integra Type R or LS, but not GS-R.
Any 1.8L header will hang lower, but a lot of people don't let that stop them from running the JDM 4-1 style headers since they are most always made for the 1.8L engines as opposed to the 1.6L motor.
Any 4-1 will require some sort of exhaust mods since it has a 2.5'' collector. Usually a muffler shop will need to add the 2.5'' flange and donut gasket.
