B16a2 Dieing When I Step On The Gas!

i have a b16a2 in an eg coupe
the ecu is a p28 chipped
i finally got it idling but now if i try and hit the gas and rev it but itll die after i do it and it sounds like the rpms drop (dx model no tach) i was wondering what could cause this
no vaccum leaks either
this engine pisses me off lol

check your fuel pump or throttle body?

Also check that there's enough fuel. My car was doing the same thing and it would idle/start perfectly fine. But once I tapped the gas, it would fall on its face. Turns out I didnt have enough fuel/pressure to drive the car.

Did you just swap this in?
Are your map and tps connectors switched?

my brothers car does this. (ls turbo in a eg hatch) on cold mornings once you start the car and try to give it gas it does completely the opposite of what the gas peddle is supposed to do. any reason for this. but after its running for a min it goes away!
