ok my engine is dead in my civic.
im getting a gsr motor and putting it in my car (00si)
will i be able to use my stock computor on my gsr or will i run to lean? or run into other problems? i will probably swapp the b16cams into the gsr head if that would help it stay intune with the comp. let me know what you guys think.

i wouldnt do it if u are getting the gsr run that computer. better i think fa shore.. and its made for the gsr as long as u get an obd 2 gsr u should have a direct bolt in swap.. man.. it will be nice.. or u could probably use ur engine harness from the b16 on the obd1 gsr engine.. that would work also anyways.. good luck either way..


im so tired of doing swaps im on number six in one year and i dont have a license or get paid for this ****.. ha.. but its all fun.. love my honda..

wont run correctly you will run lean and your secondaries wont open.. but you can drive on it down the block and it shoudl start up

Well first off the GSR computer is already tuned for the dual stage intake manifold and it's going to be a richer program because of the 1.8L of displacement and more aggressive cams. Don't swap the B16A cams in. Why can't you just use the GSR computer? If you didn't get one buy one. Or if you have the money but a quality I/H/E and Skunk2 manifold and get a chipped P28 and afc or Hondata. You'll be glad you did. I would not run you P2T ECU.
