B16a2 burning oil...ways to help?

I have an EM1 Civic SI, and it's got 180k miles on it, and i believe it's the original motor. It also burns quite a bit of oil. I know a proper fix to this is internal, but I don't have much money as I'm in high school...any ways to help the issue until I have funds to totally fix it?
