nd its not the battery or starter. the swap started fine before i pulled it from the Em1. also a brand new battery. someone told me to check my grounds because that could be the problem but idk how many there are! lol i only see two nd both are grounded.

theres 3 one on the trans, one on the front to the valve cover and one to the battery. nothing that had to do with makin a car a 5 speed would stop it from running, the onlywireing you should have to do is for reverse lights and clutch engagment switch

ok i didnt know about the ground on top of the valve cover. nd there is a ground that bolts to the themostat housing but i dont see one on top of the transs..i didnt hook up the reverse lights yet soo thats not a problem and i soldered the two thick black wires and the black/blu wires together so that the car thiinks its in park so that should be right.. would those two small grounds really cause the starter not to turn over tho? thankzz btw

yea no problem, u were missen 2 grounds and even though he car starts doesnt mean it runs right, i had my car dynoed last week. had the stck grounds in all 3 spots, in high revs it ran like ****, got 2 gauge wire and made 3 new grounds and the breaking up went away and we completed the tune!!
