b16a (xsi) b16a sir2?
are there any differnces between this these motors? ive read that the xsi comes from a older intgera and the other is from a civic both are obd1 but is there really a diffcence? xsi is cheaper than the sir2?????/

- bigger TB -60mm
- better intake manifold
- single 4 wire o2 sensor for exhaust, being obdI
- better cams
- P30 pistons for 10.4:1 compression
The engine makes similar power, but has a better powerband, better idle quality, better mileage

well thats what i was trying to figure out cuz if there the same thing what does it matter am i right? but if the performace is the same why not get the cheaper one that does the same thing?? lol and if they have the same parts and can use interchangable parts id like to save a lil money ya know... but i do see were ur coming from on the age..
