Default B16A turbo setup?

Aight boys, I have a question for you B16A pros, because my friend needs help with choosing a turbo setup.

He drives a 99 civic si, with I/H/E

He's looking for a very safe turbo to run primarily a quick 0-60mph on STOCK internals.
I want to know what you guys recommend, greddy, custom T3 setup?

Go drag or greddy. They are real simple kits to make good power with stock internals.

comparison between greddy and drag? Also, what kind of fuel management and ignition setup do you guys recommend (besides the obvious hondata or AEM EMS).

As I see it, the greddy kit is very incomplete, can anyone recommend some filler parts or obvious upgrades?

Also, how much does it cost generally to tune a VAFC turbo setup? wanna get a good figure.

tune is like $150 hr. up in Mich. if i remember right, the smc 500 and some larger injectors is all you need for 8psi or so. if you weren't a good looking girl i wouldn't have helped...

Also, your friend could go custom. And get a TD04 (stock WRX turbo) and peice together some used parts off of ebay. i can give you some sites that would help them out on peiceing one together....

how so? its the most complete system out there. fm(not the best but a fm none the less), injectors, everything down to the heatshield. comes with everything you need. just buy a bov and intercooler along with it. now dont start a fuss people i didnt say its was the best way to go for anyones setup, just was for me and seems to be the right way to go for this guy.
