B16a_delsol94

Ok so I've got a 94 Honda del sol with a turbo b16 on 5psi, stock internals I believe I just bought the car. It randomly started acting up. After the motor sits for a short period of time it wot start. It's different from time to time but anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, but i can push start it and it sputters or cuts out around vtec/boost.I've verified that it has 42 psi of fuel pressure at idle at the fuel filter( brand new). I've replaced the distributor with a msd distributor and blaster coil with 8.5mm wires and brand new Ngk plugs gapped at .32. It is getting spark but I have to crank it for like 2-3 seconds for spark to show on cylinder 1. The compression is about 150 on all cylinders. I checked the timing marks and while the cam gears were pointed up it lined up with the tdc mark( the mark apart from the other 3) I hear the fuel pump prime and main relay click off when then cel turns off. I'm stumped and have spent 4 days changing things out and I need to fix it asap. Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
