I have a b16a in my Eg and trying to get. Out to send it to rebuilt it ,does nayone have a link or can tell me how to take it out step by step ? Thanks I'm new in the honda world but. Loving it

i just pulled my a2 out of my si last sunday to put new rods and pistons it took a bit over 3 hours with air tools it pretty easy man wire haness, then shitlinkidge ,drives shafts ,torque mounts then motor mounts basically, u gata get the hoses off and to make it easier the power sterring pump but its pretty retard proof look pulll ehhh out comes motor its not like a ford where you can just kick through the rust tho

I think he just needs to pull the tranny.

OP:
Disconnect Battery
Pull the wheels off
Drain the tranny
Pop the ball joints
Pull the axles
Remove shift linkage
Remove slave cylinder
Remove starter and the wiring.
Put a jack underneath the tranny
Pull the top and torque mounts
Pull the rest of the bolts and slide the tranny off.

Might help to pull other mounts also like the rear mount to get a better angle. If I forgot something its because im tired. Hope this helps
