Default b16a question

Hi all, I own a 1997 Honda Civic LX with a d16y7. I own a OBD-0 B16A, I would like to know what all i need to fit this motor into this chasis. I have done several OBD-1 B18B swaps into 92-95 civics. So I can do the swap. This setup is a little different.

So I just have the bare motor, no fuel rail, injectors, distributor, alternator. I wanted to know if I can use any B series hydro trans for this? Could I just use stock LS OBD-2 injectors and just purchase a skunk 2 manifold and get new throttle body? But any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!!
