b16a project CX .......I have a few questions about the mount brackets...?
I have a 92 honda civic cx.
I had a 89 civic ef, I had a b16a in it cable trans.
I took the motor out of the ef and converted everthing to obd1, I got hydro tranny, I am curious about the mounts....
I have a buddy that told me I have to change the bracket that holds the mount on the driver side for the eg hasport mount. is this true...?
also I already have the 94 teg rear bracket.. done... what about the tranny mount in front of trans not on top can I use the d series one for B>?
I also have a question about the rear crossmember, where the rear mount attaches to. MY buddy told me there is a stock strut bar, that you have to mount there on that crossmember for the new motor to stiffen it up? I was just curious if I even needed that?

The drivers side mount can be used from hasport, or any stock 94-2001 integra. The front tranny mount is called the "torque mount" which is not interchangable with the D-series. You need that also from a 94-01 integra.

Re: (H9Omega)
okay thanks sorry, I am still learning.....just got EG used to EF
Okay so basically cant use that torque bracket, ok get DC
now with the DS mount I am not talking about the mount itself I am talking about the bracket that mounts to the block. for the mount do I have to get DC one too
