I'm confused as ****?
Why are you wondering B16A prices if you're looking to do an H2B setup??
If you have an OBD-I B16A you need an H-Series motor to start off with...dunno, maybe I'm missing something...

Why keep the B16 tranny?</TD></TR></TABLE>
It's the shortest (stock) B-series trans - so it'll make the fastest H2B setup with the same motor.
EDIT:
It'll also rape his gas on the highway

Hmotors h22 longblock is $1200 + shipping with all the sensors, intake/exhaust manifold, dizzy, cap, etc.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Then you figure another 1100 for the H2B kit + another 6-800 for install w/ whatever else you may need? Selling your B16 should cover most if not all of the install costs, then you have to machine the block to make room for the shaft.

Re: (95ProjectEJ1)
Quartersports drag kit is only $750 isn't it?
Either way, they're all making **** tons of money for that product. I understand there was R&D involved, but looking at it, with proper dimensions I could get that stuff made at a machine shop for peanuts.
