b16a not enough spark

my b16a is not throwing enough spark, what could it be anybody know?

Generally weak spark is from a weak coil. Check your coil to see if it's within factory specifications.

ok well my friends and i got it to start when we did found out it was the ignition switch, but then he too it for a drive it drove then died, and now there is no spark , any ideas besides the coil? stupid question would the coil be the ligniter also?
