Default b16a idling like poo

After I swapped my edelbrock Victor x IM for a Skunk2 my idle started acting wacky. It idles at about 1500, and after I blip the gas a little bit, the rpms will drop down to 800-900 then immediately jump back up to 1500. Does anyone have any ideas?

Spray carb cleaner all around where the leak could be. When the idle jumps, you've found your leak location.
