Are all b series timing belts and alternator belts the same? Do i use the spark plugs meant for the head or block? thanks guys

Use all ITR parts (belt etc)
b16 belts are shorter then b18 belts.
Alternator belts are the same across all b-motors

b18c5. You basically have an ITR motor.
The heads are the exact same...except for the mild p&p and valvetrain.

anything like timing belts, head bolts, etc, you need for the b18c. deck height on those blocks is 7mm taller, so b16 stuff is too short.
fowler is correct in that the heads are of the same casting (save for the mild p&p). valvetrain, cams, IM, TB are different too.
