I had a 93 hatch with a b16 aem cold air and thermal cat back. with fresh suspension all the way around springs and struts. brand new tires. street tires and stock limited slip. my best et was 14.33 with a kick *** 60 ft time. later that year I with the addition of a comptech header and aem fpr and fuel rail. I could break 14.5's

you are surely a noob to ask such a noob question (this question gets answered atleast once a day). yes the car may hit the 14"s but that's not what you're going to hit. i'm taking it you never ran on a track before, or you wouldn't be asking us this question.
you have to go to a track and practice. there are numerous things that affect your time and only practice will get it right. just throwing up parts on H-T isn't going to do nothing. there is only one true way of finding out. taking it to the track!
