B16A Crankshaft Oil pump pulley seized?!? (Pics)
Was trying to remove the Crankshaft from the block on my JDM B16A and found this:
I did search but couldn't find anything that specifically referenced this problem nor solutions.
It appears to maybe have jumped timing at some point. I was able to remove the balancer pulley with no problem and the rectangular key has no signs of being broken. Question is how do I remove the pulley? Has anyone ever had this problem, and should I even bother re-using this crankshaft for my build? It's going to the machine shop for my 650hp build just wanted some opinions or possible removal tips
Thanks.

nope, you are still good, the line and the key are not aligned, just grab a gear/bearing separator and pull it off.
