b16a bent valve??? help
alright i swapped a b16a 1st gen into my eg hatch bought a subharness to wire the vtec got that in good. got all the hoses ran and theirs no suction to my fuel rail.. thru the fuel pressure regulator.. i dont know what it is and its really bugging me the motor is in time.. i bought a ecu off ebay its a p30 with a 4500 vtec 9200rev limiter a 4500 2 step and a shiftlight 6800 so could it be the ecu could it be a bent valve
also when i turn it over some times it stops when it turns.. kinda like its not getting enuf juice.. i dont know need help asap

a bent valve has noithing to do with no suction in the fuel rail.
now im confused you say it runs but theres not pressure in the rail or regulator?????
can you here the pump prime when you turn the key??

ok let me figure out how to put this.. it only ran on ether a few times and it ran for a few seconds everytime cuz it wasnt gettn fuel.. soon as i hit the gas it died..
i have the air box hooked up and seems like all the connections are in the right place...
the only thing i can think of is the ecu is messed up and not programmed rite or sumthing..
i can hear my fuel pump kick on when i turn the key.. but its really getting to me.. i swapped it from a b18b1 and i never disconnected the injectors from the wiring harness or the fuel rail.. i just slid it back on this motor..
turns out 3 of the injectors were cracked so i replaced them from a eg civic ex (d16z6) and im pretty sure their still not squirting ...
so if its not squirting its gotta be the power to the injectors rite ?? which would be ecu ritE???
this is really annoying i been trying to trouble shoot this for 2 weeks now

try cleaning the injectors its possible they are just cloggled...
well if they arent getting power it could be the ecu but it could also be the wiring...
it also be the ecu you bought is junk and you got ripped off.
