would i get any sort of gain if i but ctr cam gears on a b16a?

ctr cams are way different from an ordinary b16a's cams, they are more aggresive. what makes it a b16b are the cams and the pistons.

^^^ there talking about cam gears not cams. but no there is no difference in cam gears.

all B-series cam gears are the same. It wouldn't matter which one you use.
