sup, kinda new to the honda scene.. I noticed there are HELLA engine types and names/model numbers.. can someone hook up a list of what cars come with what engines???
for example: I'm riding a 98 civic si -- thats a b16a right??
also, is there a civic that comes stock with a DOHC engine?? I dunno what the US equiv if Canada's SiR is, but I heard its DOHC (160hp).

Check out this chart...
http://www.hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/engine.html
It lists nearly all the Honda/Acura engines and specs.
If you live in Canada, your '98 Si is = the US Civic EX model. SOHC VTEC D16...not the B16 which is DOHC VTEC (160 hp).

Don't forget the F20B. I love that motor. I'm oh so close to getting my friend to put one in his 96 accord. I dig the blue/purple valve cover.
