Default B16a 97 civic axle problem

Did a jdm b16a with a cable transmission into a 1997 Lx. Hasport mounts were used.I need to know what axles. I did a search and went though alot of pages and didn't fine the answer. I was told to used the b16a halfshaft and b16a passenger axle and the other had to have a different end but was not told what it was from.

Please help so I can get this out of here.....

I have read on alot of other pages WHY WHY WHY???? But I am not the customer... he did not bring it to my shop.....and I didn't get the motor for him...I am just cleaning up someone elses problem.....I offered the transmission....but the mounts were already here...I even offered a swap...but they didn't want to spend the money....

i believe there are two types of half shafts. older ones and the newer styles. i'm pretty sure you can use either as long as you match old half shaft with old style driver side axle and new with new.

as far as the passenger side i'm not sure if its the same but if you're using a cable tranny then buy an axle for a DA 90-93 integra.

and for the older style halfshaft and axle it also comes from a DA. my friend and i were changing his axles and he has a jdm b16a in a ek coupe. we ran into the same problem. he has the old half shaft and we bought a driver side axle for a 99-00 si. didn't match up. so we had to switch it out for a DA axle. i'm not sure about the passenger side because he has a hydro tranny.

I could be wrong on the side. But I don't think you can use both stock da axles....
