its about that time... im a few weeks away from getting my swap. i want either b16 turbo or ls turbo. any one have experience with either? what are some pros and cons of either?

if u do it correctly, the LS turbo is soooo much sicker...
and the b16 is played out...but there are more aftermarket bolt on parts...but i'm a huge fan of the LS turbo.

Pros of the LS swap

-Cheaper than the B16.
-1.8 over a 1.6
-long tranny makes good gas mileage

B16

-Fairly cheap
-has VTEC y0!
-close geared tranny
-Rod stroke ratio is almost perfect

GSR
-I know you didnt mention GSR but just put the LS and B16 pros together and there ya go.

i would go gsr but that is a bit more pricy... plus if i blow it up then that would cost more too.

I dont see how anything that has to do with performance is played out......

turbo any b series and you will be happy.....

id go b16 turbo because the VTEC... and you can find b16 longblocks easy but i guess the same for LS's...
