Default b16 timing question...

on this b16 swap i got....

was trying to reassemble the head/timing belt... crank pulley came off really easy with my impact.

umm.. anyways...
we put the timing belt on. put the crank pulley and the cam gears to TDC... tightened everything up... then went to turn the crank, just to make sure that it was gonna turn smoothly..
got about half a turn.. then its just almost hard as a rock to turn it... i cant even complete 1 revolution with it... any ideas??

i just put a new headgaset on there, should i take the head back off and then try to turn the crank? just to make sure everything is ok there?

TIA.

it is gonna be a little hard to turn if you have plugs in there, but just a little on the compression stroke. but if you cant at all then the crank probably messed up from a spun rod bearing and its stuck and hard to turn
