B16 throttle body fit B18b manifold?
Sorry but I never found a solid answer.
OBD2 B16a2 TB fit a OBD2 B18b IM directly?
(I hear as long as the OBD's are the same it's A-OK)
Also, I don't understand the dispute over throttle cables, is it that the cable must match the chasis or the bracket on the manifold, or maybe the throttle body pulley?
basically I have a 99 Si looking to put a b18b in and looking to keep the throttle body and cable. A-OK?
Thanks.

Re: B16 throttle body fit B18b manifold? (Louie_EM1)
all the throttle body bolt paterns are the same. in ur case it should be a direct swap. only difference in throttle bodies is that the older ones have the cold idle on the manifold and its 59mm. i believe the 99 si TB has the cold idle on the TB aswell as the LS. may i ask why u are doing this? becuse the SI throttle body i believe is identical to the LS. just the LS automatic TB is smaller
