b16 t-bracket on usdm gsr?

b16 t-bracket on usdm gsr?
i bought a b16 rear t-bracket for swapping my usdm gsr in my 98 civic coupe because thats what i read i needed for the swap and i lined it up with the tranny, the bottom 2 bolts line up fine but the top one doesnt line up with the thread hole in the tranny it, it lined up with the unthreaded one..any one know whats up? thanks

did you buy the t bracket for 99-00 si??? cuz thats the one you need. no other one will work to my knowledge. you may have got one out of a old sir for a crx or eg and that won't work.

it would bolt up with no problems if it was 99-00 civic SI bracket. The Gsr bracket is a little longer than the SI one and can't be used when putting a b-series in a 96-00 Civic.

yeah he told me it was a 99-00 si t bracket and told him exactly what i was usuing ir for and he sed it would work so idk what to do it wont line up with the threaded hole in my tranny only the unthreaded one so i might put a bolt and nut through it
