Hi honda tech i reacently swapped a obd2a b16a2 in to a obd2b 2000 civic everything is plugged in i had to rewire my distributer from the 9 wire to 8 wire pug on the distributer not its does not want to start im stumped. Another problem i have is my speedo is jumping up and down just by turning the key on also stumped. Beside rewiring the distributer will the obd2 injectors coming from my b16a2 coming out of a 1997 civic work in a 2000 civic. ANY HELP WITH MY PROBLEM WOULD BE GREAT

Does the starter even spin the engine? In other words, does it turn over?

your obd2 fuel injectors should be the same on your car the only time they will be different if your b16 was a obd1 the end connector to fuel injector is dfferent.

I feel so dumb come to find out I swap out my battery and she starts small problem solved

Good thing I checked the injectors had um all backwards
