Default B16 swap.. boost or all motor?

Im thinking about getting a B16 swap from one of my friends, it is totally clean, low miles, and it has a few mods, high compression pistons, lightwieght flywheel, GSR tranny, and a few other things... Hes asking $1300 for everything. I was just wondering if thats a good price and what my options are as far as future mods.. Go all motor or boost? Thanks
