Default b16 swap hellP! plzzzzzzz

ok so..i searched and read other topics about the cel 10. i know theres a bunch and all but ive tried switching the vtec pressure plug with the coolent sensor plug and got some more cel's so put them back because some topics said if u plug wires in wrong u can also get a cel 10. but now i only have a cel 10..i bought a new iat sensor twice and i still get the cel 10. i have a 96 civic ex with a obd1 b16 with obd2 harness p30 ecu.. any thing else i should look for..right now the iat sensor is pluged in by the wire comming from near the injector..is that correct?also the iat sensor is located on the intake manifold..thanks alot honda-tech!

both obd1 and obd2 use a IAT, and if you put in a new sensor it should be fine.
have you checked the wires? maybe there is a break in the wire?

have you reset the ecu? disconnect the battery (negative) for about 5 min, then plug it up, CEL should be gone.

also, not sure about ecu's, but i don't think you can use a ob2 ecu on a obd1 motor. but to quote me on that.

Is it obd2 harness with obd1 conversion harness? or did u swap out ur whole harness with the obd1 harness, like engine bay allt he way to ecu? becasue if u still have the obd2 harness u need the conversion kit to make the obd1 ecu work on it.

Both by friends have 92-95 civics, worked on both, never have i seen any IAT (intake Air Temperature) sensor, i was under the idea that it was in OBD2 (96+) cars? Unless the locations are different (intake tube) between obd1 and obd2, im fairly sure 92-95's dont have them.
