Icon2 B16 stage 2 or 3 cams for built all motor setup

Hey I've got a b16 with built bottom running high compression and obvious essentials like intake manifold, header, and full 2 1/4 in exhaust. The next step is cams and my question is what stage should I go with, 2 or 3? I know 2 would be safe for this setup with springs and retainers obviously but would 3 over do it?

DD? The higher the profile the rougher the idle just keep that in mind. MO I would stay with just stage 2 unless this is just a weekend track/fun car then hell skies the limit my man.
