Default B16 question about removing A/C?

is there a proper way to take the belt off that is connected to my compressor?

what is the 2nd but smaller pulley on the engine?

The a/c compressor is connected th the same belt?

there is one pulley that connects to the engine another to the a/c compreesor and what the hell is the little one above the 2?

The tensioner. The proper way to remove it is to loosen the tensioner until you can slip the belt off. Then remove the tensioner and the compressor and condensor (if you are doing this for weight reduction of course).
