Default B16 Misfire?

I have a JDM b16 in my 92 civic hatch. It seems to be misfiring at various engine speeds. Mainly with light or part throttle. I have installed a new fuel pump, distributor. Do I dont think those are the problems. I am running with a hondata ecu. The strange things is my check engine light is not coming on, so not sure if it is throwing any codes. Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention brand new Type R spark plugs, MSD 8.5mm wires about two years old. I check the timming as well and think it is right. I have a CTR N1 crank pulley, which mark would be the best for timming?

I talked to the guy that tunned my hondata. He thinks I might be geting to much fuel since I changed to a new fuel pump, and installed AEM fuel rail. But it was doing this before fuel pump, and long after fuel rail. Anyone else using the CTR N1 crank pulley? What are the right timming marks?
Thanks
