Also, maybe you need to go a step further and pull the transmission and/or drop the oil pan to see if there is anything physically preventing the rotating assembly from spinning.

^Spun bearing I think is the term we're used to in the US but the translation is good enough

He already remove the head.

24ten, thanks some terms are really different in Spanish, but yes I've heard the word spun, for rod bearings fails.

yes I know but he just jumped to that vs actually to diagnose it properly, which I why I find it hard to believe that it ran fine prior to the hg replacement then it "locks up" all of a sudden.

yea i had tried starting it up and it just made some weird *** like buzzing sound i did that before i took the head off; but i knew i already knew i needed a new head gasket so that had to come off either way im just tryin figger out what it might be before i put the head back on and do the time belt etc. to just have to take the head back off

btw it wouldnt start back up after getting my alternator changed out but shouldnt i still be able to turn the block over manually before getting the timing belt retimed ?? and when i drained the oil and ani freeze they were both clean so their was no water that got into it or any antifreeze or oil mixing i checked all that time of stuff before taken the head off sorry i wasnt clearer about that earlier that i didnt just dive into this problem with out checking for smaller things first
