b16/ITR bearings
Im going to be buying ACL bearings for my ITR motor swap,should i get B16 or B18c1?
also
are blox intake manifolds any good?or would I be better off with a skunk2?
would a JDM ITR bottom end with a JDM B16 head/ITR cams make more power than a straight ITR swap?

use honda oem bearings.. unless you measured your crank and journals and came to the conclusion that they're all the same and you can use acl's.
b16 head is the same casting as the ITR or so i've been told. they just have different internals.

what do you want verified? ACL bearings come in one size.. green. unless you get over sized.. which i dont know the color but its all the same. some engines have the same clearances on all of the journals.. some dont.
if you want to know, go to honda and buy one lower main bearing in green color, and one upper main bearing in green color, and go to autozone or advance auto and get some plastigauge. put the lower bearing in, place the crank in, and put the upper in the main cap, and torque it to spec with a piece of plastigauge in there. then unbolt it, and measure the plastigauge with the wrapper (has a scale on the wrapper). repeat with every journal. if they're in spec with the green bearings, go buy some ACL's.
I'd recommend Honda OEM bearings. You can get a better fit with them because there is so many options.. IE: pink, green, yellow, brown, black, blue
all representing a different size.

Go buy the Honda manual, it tells you how to do this, and also gives you the correct specs for the oil clearances. I'm sure even the Helms, or Chilton has this information as well

ok thanks,I cant go to autozone or whatever though as Im not in the USA,but I do need a manual,have been looking for some time now.

There's a little difference between those. Just a little.
It also depends if you're mixing and matching ****. Like using a C5 block with b16a rods + C5 pistons on a C5 crank (Don't know what the outcome of that would be, since I hate mixing ****, but you can see my drift.). That would mean that you need to measure your crank and blah blah blah.

Actually, I take that back.
With ACL bearings, a set for a B-series works for almost every B-series. It will tell you what B-series you can use them in on the box.

I think CTR pistons would bump the compression up a little. If you do use them, make sure you check valve to piston clearance.. they're a very high domed piston. I have them in my b16a in my crx. I also had to have my stock b16 rods machined on the small end to fit the CTR pistons.
I've never used a blox manifold, only skunk2.. Did you search for blox ?
I'm sure someone on here has used one..
Another tought:
Is the ITR swap assembled? Why not just remove the oil pan, remove the girdle, and remove the main caps.. clean them up and put some plastigauge in there. torque them down and see what the result is. If they're all in spec, just replace with the current bearings.. they have color marks on the side of the bearing.
Main cap torque spec:
Cap #1 + #5: 56 ft pounds
Cap #2, #3, #4: 49 ft pounds
Main bearing clearance (oil clearance)
Main #1, #2, #4, #5: 0.024 to 0.042 mm (0.009in to 0.0017in)
Main #3: 0.030mm to 0.048mm (0.0012in to 0.0019in)
Remember to only measure one bearing at a time.
Use green plastigauge.
