Icon2 b16 idle help

Ok so I own a 00 civic si and a 95 integra with a 99 b16a2 swap in it. The integra is having ilde problems, once I start it the idle bounces up down. I did some research and read about the IAC Valve so I took that off and cleaned it, put it back and nothing changed. I took the IAC off my em1 and put in on the Integra and still bouncing idle. So its not that, any other suggestions on what it could be. Also If I unplug the sensor on the IAC it stops the bouncing and idles fine but throws a code. Any help you guys would be appreciated. Thanks HT

if its bouncing, check for any vacuum leaks.

check all the vacuum lines, shouldn't take too long. if you find a leak or a hole in one, plug it with your finger and your idle should stabilize. This happened to me at one point.

you could check the timing on the distributer or adjust the throttle linkage or adjustment screw on throttle body, but your best bet is checking vacuum line by spraying carb cleaner and listening for noise in motor thereby pinpointing the leak or take it to a shop and have them run smoke through it to find it or them (leaks)
