B16 Idle adjustment

Default B16 Idle adjustment

New B16A first gen ......Idles at about 1500 when warm...how do I adjust it to bring it down to about 800-1000rmp?

There's a screw on the front of the t-body...turn it to desired idle.

got a helm manual? look up iacv. you're supposed to unplug the iacv, adjust the idle screw and plug the iacv back in.

i've read about this..and did it. i unplugged the iacv, turned the car on, and it dies everytime. it supposed to do that?

Have you tried unplugging it with the car already running?

this is with the IACV unplugged and car at normal operating temp.
