Default B16 With Hondata Throwing Water Temp, IAT IAC codes. No VTEC

Hello all,

I have a 94 Civic with a B16A2 out of a 00 Si, and I am using a OBD2A GSR harness and a Hondata S200 for the comp. I am not getting into VTEC. I hooked up the data logger and I am throwing water temp, Intake air temp, and idle air control codes. I imagine the car is in limp mode because of this, there is a check engine light. Any suggestions on what to do? Should I use a multimeter to check out the connections?

Thanks in advance
