ok...i've had this CEL forever now......in all of my swaps....i can't figure it out....car runs mint...no problems at all but that damn light is on....i checked it and it blinks like its 10...over and over and over....but its not...IAT is working fine...is there an ABS check light??? its a 1998 EK with an b16a2...running a P73 ecu...any ideas....does my main relay need to be bolted by any chance....i just have it hangin cause i changed it..

there is a separate ABS light, and i would say just plug in the obd code reader and find out, hope that helps you out a little bit

What harness are you using on your engine? What color are the wires going into your IAT?

i'm using an ex harness.....on both of my swaps...2 differnt harness's i've had this CEL it will not go away...

First swap was a 98 b18b1 with my DX harness...everything was completely right..i even converted to obd1....still had the one blink ...

Second swap is a B16a2 with an EX harness....everythign is correct......motor runs so nicely....not converted to obd1...running a P73..ecu...but still have the light..


BTW...i said i checked the code.....it flashes every 2 seconds.....hence it could 10....but its not....its something else...not working

i thought type R's only had one o2....or am i an idiot...i've never had one so i dono....i suppose i could weld another o2 and find out....and thought 54 or somethin was o2..
