so i need cam caps for a b16 head then? is there anywhere that just sells the cam caps? and is a b16 oil pan able to fit on a gsr block?

oh ok...well if i have no caps then can i buy sum from honda and take it to the machince shop and get them to fit them?

same bore, different rods and piston's,
cam caps are not sold through honda or any where. they are machined to the head. what you need to do is look for a shop that will line hone , i say do this first cause if no one will do it there is no sence in buying the caps.
buying the caps will be tricky, make a wtb thread all over on htech for a junk head, something with dropped valves , if you are looking for the top hardware.
i did this recently and costed me 100 bucks, but the caps feel smooth, they don't really catch my finger nail. i'm still getting a line hone to be safe.

well u sed its the same bore can i still use a gasket from gsr or no?
