Default B16 Crank Possition Sensor?

Well i ran into another problem today while cleaning the engine.

There is a wire sticking out from under the crank pulley, i was told it was the crank position sensor,
and i was told the engine will not run without it.

Can anybody confirm that this wire goes to the crank sensor?

It's for the crankshaft speed fluctuation (CKF) sensor.

Ahh ok, im not really sure what mine is.
Its a b16a2, the ECU is chipped with feels racing? my buddy opened it up and the chip said "feels", and its a P28.

I was told it was OBD1, but i really have no idea.

I really hope i dont need this sensor, its not cheap!
