Default B16 Bored to B18

If I bored out my 1.6l motor to 1.8, would I have to change the intake manifold, header and cams, or could I just get bigger pistons and rods and what not. Trying to figure out if I can save some money and gain some power doing this rather than just swapping in a 1.8 type R. thx for the info.

get higher compression pistons and bore it to 1.8 that would be nice also **** i have a 1.8 dohc non vtec crank i could see u u could slap that bitch in there and it would put out more then a type r.
