are b16 block parts compatible to b18c1 block?

are b16 block parts compatible to b18c1 block?
well my b18c block i am building is missing quite a few things on it mainly things like bolts that hold the oil pump on, bolts that hold the oil pan on, that black box on teh back of the block that has teh pcv valve connected to it, and some other little things. insted of hunting around for these missing parts and others could i use the ones off my b16 block and put them on the b18c1 block? or are they not compatible

alo that coolant pipe that runs along the back of teh block form the water pump , can i use the one off teh b16 block on the gsr block?

I think they would be compatible, but if I were you I would want to get new bolts for it anyway.

man u got any idea how much these bolts at honda cost?? over 2-300 dollars plus other litle things liek that water pipe across the back of the block, timing belt tensioner pulley and other little things like that. i have a b16 with everything on it but its still in my car so i can t compare the 2 right now. but if i can use the parts from the b16 block then i will yank it out ina heart beat and change everythng over to the b18c1 block but other wise if they dont then ill have to shop around.

What year B18c1 block is it? I'm pretty sure that the "water pipe" across the back is different than that of a B16. As far as bolts, just go and check part numbers online and see if they match up, or even just call local dealership if no one answers you on here.
