You should check the Forced Induction forum before you post. 9PSI means nothing. Pick your horsepower goals then build your system around that. Meaning if you are aiming for 400hp then pick a turbo and peripherals that will allow you to reach that goal. Your tuner will then take it and tune it so that you can run what ever PSI you need to to get you there reliably.
If the horsepower goal is low enough then building the engine may not be necessary.
Do your research before you jump on the turbo bandwagon.
