a sleeved B16?
checkout http://www.importreview.com but most of the setups they have are very well tuned setups. An 84mm B16 would be what, almost 1.8 liters... so really you would be looking at the 1.8 liter charts for a true comparison.

Too vague of a question. You need to compensate compression (pistons) into it. Somebody might say they can put down xxx whp with some 10:1 comp pistons in their 84mm B16A, while another can put down zzz whp with some 12.5:1 comp pistons in their 84mm pistons, possibly a good 50+ hp difference. There are also other things to factor in such as head, cams, intake & exhaust setups, ECU tuning, etc.

That's the problem. Most people never compare two motors identical one being 84 and one being 81mm. If you take a B16A and sleeve it to 84mm most are going to atleast change the valvetrain, maybe a little headwork, quality bolt-on's etc...
The only comparison I can give you is for turbo. I have seen 10whp and 30wtq gains on a turbo b16a changing nothing more then sleeving from 81-84mm bore and retuning. Don't expect this on an N/A motor.
It sounds to me like you are trying to justify whether you should spend the money to have it sleeved.
