Default B swapped EG ECU question

I got a p75 OBD1 ecu for free, since I couldnt find anything near me for a reasonable price, the only snag was it was automatic.

I followed some instructions online I think somewhere from PGMFI.org for the auto to manual conversion for ECU's. the whole remove r17, r18 and insert Oohm resistor across r18.

Anyways my question is, is there anyone running one of these in there cars and is it any different, I'll know first hand in 3 days when my mounts get here to put my motor in but just curious.

People do this to ECUs all the time. There are plenty of threads outlining the procedure.

Yeah I completely understand the procedure I just can't find anything about how it works after the fact.

Whether its completely normal, throws codes, etc.
