B Series tranny question, YSK-1 Tranny stamp
B Series tranny question, YSK-1 Tranny stamp, Guy is selling a tranny and he said it was a 99 b16 tranny but i thought those were suppost to be stamped "S4C" above the pass side axle hole, this one is stamped "YSK-1" could it be a ls tranny? Im not talking about the sticker that is usally on there, but the actual stamp into the casting

yeah thats not a 99-00 b16 tranny. i believe ysk1 just refers to the year of the tranny case. so it could have b16 gears in it. i wouldnt buy it.
a 99-00 b16 tranny is ysk-3.
a 99-00 b16 tranny is ysk-3.
