I'm sure there has to be a walk through somewhere on this site - try the FAQ topic that is stickied in this very forum.

As far as parts goes it's debatable, but IMO the following need to be done all at the same time:

Timing belt
Water pump
Drivebelts
Cam seals
Crank seal
Coolant (no choice really if doing waterpump)
Valvecover gasket
Spark plug tube seals (fit inside valve cover)
*Top washers/grommets for valvecover* - optional - replace if yours are squished out
*Timing belt tensioner* - Spin to feel for graininess, but honestly why take the chance and not do it?

Here's excerpts from the factory service manuals. Start with the page in the link and on the left side or at the top you can forward to the next pages with more pics and descriptions...
http://redpepperracing.com/tec....html

The site has service manuals for many honda/acuras so if the GSR motor isn't what you have you can search around, but the procedure is pretty much the same anyways.

When ordering parts ask for a 1995 Honda Del Sol VTEC model - the one that had a B16A3 engine in it.

I stongly suggest going OE Honda for these parts.

Check out http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for good prices on the genuine parts. If you're having trouble finding each individual part on their exploded diagrams simply call them and I'm sure someone can help you order the list I posted.

Sure a Toda belt is great... high-priced and not necessary, but a nice part. If you have a stock or near stock engine a factory belt will last a very long time.

Toda T-Belt = waste of money

Like klugemonster stated it's a good product, but completely unnecessary.

You can go that website, or a local Honda dealership and order everything at one time rather than grab a belt here, other parts elsewhere, etc. etc.

On the harness right by the ecu plugs you will see a little 2 pin connector with a rubber cap on it, that is the service jumper connector. Use a peice of wire or a paper clip to bridge the 2 terminals, turn the key to the first position and count if the CEL light flashes. Long dashes mean 10, short ones mean 1. So if it flashes 2 long and 5 short that would be 25. If there are multiple codes they will flash from lowest to highest number and keep repeating themselves with a pause between them.
