b series question
so i blew my d series, and i am going to upgrade to a b series. I am probably going to go with a b16a, but it will be boosted so right off the bat i am going to get new pistons/rods/headstuds installed, so my ? is whats the best way to do this? buy a complete engine and just tear it apart, or just a block then a head?

Re: b series question (userdead626)
My B16A head was given to me so I learned to Port & Polish, Balance & Lightening. It was easier.
If you want to buy the whole swap, its probably cheaper. You can disassemble it yourself and learn more. I did that with the B16B.
Someday I'll mess around with Forced Induction.
Good Luck!
