b series and emisions in a Ek
im migh be gettin a ls for my Ek and i was wondering what i would have to do..people been telling about something with the obd1 and obd2 stuff but not sure..can i still pass smog with the motor ???

the engine must be same year or newer if you want to get a REF Sticker... but
with a 96-98 civic... You can use a 96 engine with OBD-2 system and still pass SMOG at a regular smog station..but it will be illegal if you have a 98 chasis and a 96 engine and you try to go to the REF good luck...
