I read in other post that a D-series fit a B-series. I was wondering if this is a reversible logic.

You stopped reading that other post before you got the full story, then. Certain B series compressors are smaller, and match the D series. Most, do not. Some can fit with the right mix and match of parts. You completely over-simplified your question, so I gave you a completely over-simplified answer. Read the FAQ sticky, specifically threads pertaining to B series swaps, and you'll find exactly the information you're looking for.

I've only seen the other way around. You can have a b series engine, use a crv bracket that allows you to run a d series compressor
