Re: (Egone)
ok for that not 100% on this as i got the full kit with housing ....
BUT
i would say that you need to unscrew the 2 (i belive alan screws) and the insert the shifter into there then rescrew them screws in and bolt it up the same way as you took it off.

Re: (Egone)
ok after you take the shifter off the shifter bars ...
you ahve the stock shifter with the housing on the ball
take the 2 screws.. bolts... whatever they are and take them off ...
seperate the housing from the shifter bar
put in the B&M shifter bar and reverse the process

I have a b&m ss... it doesn't have bearings... it's just a hole... you use the stock rubber on the outside of either end and pass the stock bolt through it... it should tighten up fine... you don't want it too tight to operate... but not so loose it rattles...
Mine worked fine. I don't like where it sits but that's another story.

Re: (Egone)
just so we're clear the hole is a semi snug (able to spin freely) fit on the stock bolt... it's possible that the sleeve which the bolt passes through is missing but if it looks like the pic you posted then it's correct.
